Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-26 · In force from that date
This policy explains how Yunoc (“we”) collects, uses, retains, and protects information when providing the website, member area, and secure-connection service, and how you can exercise your rights. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to our website, member area, and secure-connection service. Payment, email, messaging, and other outside services have their own policies; information you submit directly on their pages is handled by those providers.
Use a member-area ticket for everyday questions. For privacy and data requests, or if you cannot sign in, email privacy@yunoc.com.
2. Information we process
- Account information: your registration email, securely processed sign-in password, account identifiers, registration and recent sign-in times, and service settings you choose.
- Connection and usage information: a connection credential used to verify access, plan information, cumulative and daily usage, online-device count, last-online time, and necessary session state.
- Orders and settlement: order number, amount, payment status, promotions, referrals, commission, and reward entries. Payment-account details such as card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Support and communications: ticket text and attachments, email-delivery records, and the link created if you choose to connect a messaging account.
- Security and operations: short-term logs and counters needed to protect the service, troubleshoot faults, and prevent abuse. They may include network address, time, website request path, browser or device information, and necessary error details.
- Public-page analytics: aggregate page, browser, and session measurements described in section 8.
We do not sell personal information or retain browsing content or a detailed destination history for advertising profiles. We process only what is needed to provide the service, meter plans, keep accounts safe, support users, settle payments, and meet legal obligations.
3. Why we use it
- to create and maintain accounts, verify access, provide connections, and apply the plan you purchased;
- to measure usage and handle orders, rewards, disputes, and financial reconciliation;
- to send verification codes, expiry reminders, service notices, and ticket replies;
- to protect accounts and the service, identify unusual use, and troubleshoot faults;
- to understand aggregate use of public pages and improve the experience; and
- to comply with applicable law, answer valid requests, and protect legitimate interests.
4. Retention
We keep information for the shortest period needed for its purpose. Our main current periods are:
- verification codes and temporary security state: only for the verification or short security window;
- email-delivery records: 90 days; closed tickets and their conversations: 12 months from closure;
- unusual-use records: 180 days; daily usage detail: 2 months; administrator-action records: 3 months;
- sign-in sessions: no more than 1 year and possibly less when unused for a long period;
- short-term operational logs: retained only for security and troubleshooting, not archived long-term;
- account information and cumulative usage: while the account exists; financial records for the period required for reconciliation and applicable rules; and
- historical copies in backups: replaced through normal rotation and not activated separately for an individual request.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or use it for third-party advertising. We provide only necessary information to these categories of recipients:
- payment and settlement providers, to collect payments, confirm results, handle refunds, and reconcile accounts;
- email and messaging providers, to deliver verification codes, notices, and messages you request;
- website analytics providers, to produce aggregate public-page statistics;
- infrastructure and storage providers, to operate and recover the service;
- referral partners, only when you registered through one and only for masked account and plan information needed for support and settlement; and
- authorities with a valid legal basis, limited to the minimum information required.
Service providers may process information only for the agreed purpose and may not use it for their own advertising or marketing.
6. International processing
To provide a multi-region service, some account, usage, and support information may be processed or stored in regions outside mainland China. We apply appropriate contractual, access-control, and security measures where required. If separate consent is required where you live, please consider that before using the service.
7. Security and incident notice
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including protection in transit and at rest, access controls, separation of duties, security monitoring, backups, and recovery checks. No connected service can promise absolute security. If an incident may affect your rights, we will provide notice within a reasonable period through the site or by email, together with recommended steps.
8. Cookies and public-page analytics
Besides browser storage needed for basic functions, public pages use Google Analytics and first-party analytics cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions and measure visits. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The analytics tag does not send Google an account id, email address, or connection activity.
Sign-in state, form security, and language choice may use necessary browser storage or page parameters. Clearing that data may require you to sign in again.
9. Automated actions and review
To apply plans, protect accounts, and prevent abuse, automated rules may require extra verification or restrict, pause, or end access based on account status, usage, device count, and security risk. We do not use sensitive personal information for advertising profiles. If you think an automated action was wrong, ask for human review through a ticket.
10. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information; withdraw consent for optional features; unlink a messaging account; stop promotional email; and view or end sign-in sessions. Plan and daily-usage information is available directly in the member area.
When an account is closed, information that is no longer needed and has no continuing legal basis is deleted or anonymised. Financial, dispute, security, and backup records may remain until their applicable period or rotation ends. If a device is lost or access must be ended immediately, include that in your request.
11. Children
The service is not intended for anyone below the age at which they can enter a contract where they live. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. A parent or guardian can raise a concern through the privacy email address.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service or applicable rules change. Material changes will be announced on the site and the date above will be updated. Please review relevant notices before continuing to use the updated service.
